Call Setup Success Rate
Description
The Call Setup Success Rate KPI indicates the call setup success rate for all services, including the VoIP service in a cell or radio network. This KPI is calculated based on the RRC Setup Success Rate (Service) KPI, the S1 Signaling Connection Setup Success Rate KPI, and the E-RAB Setup Success Rate (All) KPI.Definition
